The second of the key activities of the Cluster is obtaining and knowing the right information for decision making.
In particular, it would include:
- Technological surveillance and Competitive Intelligence:
- the Cluster captures the essential information, selects it, analyzes it and communicates it to the associates, to turn it into base knowledge for the decision making with less risk increasing the anticipation to the changes,
- Through the negotiations and contacts with organizations and companies in charge of decision-making in the sector, and the strategic information obtained in the various working groups and sector tables, both national and international, the Cluster obtains strategic information that allows its associates make appropriate business and strategic decisions.
- Identification of the best technological partners, minimizing the R + D + i effort, taking advantage of the latest developments.
